2. 此電子禮品卡可與其他促銷活動 / 電子優惠券 / 電子禮品卡堆疊使用。
3. 此電子禮品卡可用於抵銷結帳頁面上的整個訂單金額，包括送貨費用和平台費用。
4. 如此電子禮品卡無法抵銷您的訂單金額，您必須只能以信用卡支付餘下費用，其他支付平台均不能使用，包括Apple Pay。
5. 此電子禮品卡嚴格不可退款，不可轉讓。
6. 您的pandapay 帳戶只能儲值不多於港幣$1,000之餘額。請於兌換此電子禮品卡時確保您的pandapay 帳戶沒有超過上限。
7. 一旦兌換，您必須在顯示到期日期前使用電子禮品卡。嚴禁延長有效期。
8. 任何未在到期日期前使用的電子禮品卡將被取消，並將不再在您的 foodpanda 帳戶中可用。
9. 如要查看您的電子禮品卡餘額，請到訪您在 foodpanda.hk 上的 pandapay 帳戶。
10. 如果您使用電子禮品卡（全部或部分）支付您的 foodpanda 訂單，並且您的訂單在送貨前被取消，您的退款將以與原始付款形式相同的方式發放給您（例如電子禮品卡餘額+信用卡）。
11. foodpanda 保留隨時修改/取消促銷活動的權利。
12. foodpanda 保留取消可疑訂單的權利，恕不另行通知。

1. This Gift Card is applicable for use on: www.foodpanda.hk or the foodpanda Hong Kong app. foodpanda Gift Cards may only be redeemed in Hong Kong for the payment or part of the payment at restaurants, pandamart, and shops on foodpanda.hk.
2. This Gift Card is stackable with other promotions/e-gift cards.
3. This Gift Card can be used to offset the entire order value at the checkout page, including delivery fees and platform fees.
4. If this Gift Card cannot offset the entire order value, you must pay the remaining balance with a credit card only; other payment platforms cannot be used, including Apple Pay.
5. This Gift Card is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Your pandapay account can only store a balance of up to HKD $1,000. Please ensure that your pandapay account does not exceed this limit when redeeming this Gift Card.
7. Once redeemed, you must use the Gift Card before the expiry date. Strictly NO extension of validity.
8. Any Gift Card that has not been spent by the expiry date will be canceled and will no longer be available in your foodpanda account.
9. To view your Gift Card balance, visit your pandapay account on foodpanda.hk.
10. If you use the Gift Card (in full or in part) to pay for your foodpanda order and your order is canceled before delivery, your refund will be issued to you in the same form as the original payment was made (i.e., as Gift Card balance + credit card).
11. foodpanda reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
12. foodpanda reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice.
