1. 本電子優惠券持有人可於寶馬汽車（香港）有限公司（“寶馬香港”）於香港的寶馬汽車配件店兌換等同於本電子優惠券面值的寶馬生活用品。本電子優惠券不得用於購買任何禮品卡、代金券和禮券。

2. 本電子優惠券有效期至顯示到期日。

3. 本電子優惠券僅供一次性使用，必須在購買及付款前出示。

4. 本電子優惠券須於單一交易使用。本電子優惠券未使用金額或價值均不可退款及／或支付任何其他交易或費用。

5. 本電子優惠券不可兌換現金、其他代金券或其他服務。

6. 本電子優惠券不可用於支付稅項。

7. 若本電子優惠券遺失、被竊、過期或損壞，恕不重發或退款。

1. This Gift Card entitles the bearer to redeem BMW Lifestyle Products for a total aggregated value up to the face value of this Gift Card at the BMW Parts & Accessories Shop of B.M.W. Concessionaires (H.K.) Limited (“BMWHK”) in Hong Kong. This Gift Card shall not be used to purchase any gift cards, vouchers, and gift certificates.

2. This Gift Card shall be valid until the date stated.

3. This Gift Card is for one-time use only and must be presented at the point of purchase and prior to payment.

4. This Gift Card shall be applied in one single transaction. Any unutilized amount or value of this Gift Card is non-refundable and/or non-transferable to other transactions.

5. This Gift Card shall be non-exchangeable for cash, other vouchers, or other services.

6. This Gift Card cannot be used for tax payment.

7. No replacement or refund in the event of loss, theft, expiry, or damage of this Gift Card.

8. BMWHK reserves the right to change, add, or delete any terms and conditions herein at any time and without prior notice.

9. BMWHK shall have the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
