1. Apple Store 禮品卡是由 Apple Asia Limited 發行管理，且僅可用於香港境內的 Apple Store、Apple.com 或致電 800-908-988 作購物用途。

2. Apple Store 禮品卡不可重新充值，不得在Apple Media Service或Apple 經銷商處使用、購買其他 Apple禮品卡、兌回現金（適用法律要求的除外）或要求將產品運送至香港以外的地方。

3. Apple Store 禮品卡不可用於在iTunes商店、App Store、Mac App Store、iBookstore進行購買，也不可用於購買額外的蘋果禮品卡、支付任何手機合約或服務計劃的帳戶、蘋果經銷商的購買，或在蘋果金融服務帳戶下的任何支付款項。

4. Apple Store 禮品卡僅限在香港使用，且不可兌換現金（除非適用法律要求）。

6. Apple is not responsible for any lost or stolen Apple Store Gift Cards or their use without your permission. Please keep your Apple Store Gift Cards secure; they hold value and can be redeemed by anyone who presents them.

7. If the purchase price of your new Apple product exceeds the value of the Apple Store Gift Cards, you will need to pay the difference.

8. Apple Store Gift Cards are not for resale.

9. For online or in-store purchases, up to eight Gift Cards can be used per transaction, and an additional payment method can be selected to complete the transaction.
