Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Cineplex”) electronic gift cards, (“E-Cards”) may be used towards the purchase of admissions, concessions and merchandise at any Cineplex theatre, or at Cineplex.com. E-Cards cannot be used at self-serve kiosks. In order to redeem an E-Card at the theatre, you must either print the E-Card and present it at the theatre or present the E-Card on your mobile device at the box office. E-Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other gift cards, including E-Cards, unless required by law. E-Cards are reloadable. Treat this E-Card like cash. Lost/stolen E-Cards or balances used without permission will not be replaced. Cineplex may, in its sole discretion, replace E-Cards that do not function.
