Add items to your online shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Locate the gift voucher section in the payment area. If you are on a phone, you may need to click "show your order summary" to find it.
Enter the gift voucher number and PIN.
The voucher amount will be deducted from your total. If the total is higher, you will need to pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
Note that a maximum of two gift vouchers can be used per transaction.
In-store redemption
Take the gift card to any Purebaby retail store.
Present the card to the cashier at checkout.

Purebaby cards are valid at purebaby.com.au and in any Purebaby store in the country of issue.

Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the cards at expiry will not be available for use.

Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry date of the card.

Balance can be checked in-store or online.
